Delete your account

You can delete your Lab2go account yourself at any time. This page explains where to do it, what is removed and what may remain for legal reasons.

How to delete your account

In the app: open More, then “Data protection & law”, then “Delete account”.

In the web app: sign in, open Settings, then the “Account” tab and choose “Delete account”.

Without access to your account: write to us at hello@lab2go.net and tell us the email address you registered with. This is our only contact address.

Beforehand: cancel a running subscription

A running web app subscription must be cancelled before deletion. How to do this is described on the Help and Contact page. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you manage and cancel it there, in the subscription settings of your account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account deletes your profiles, measurements, uploaded documents and shares.

What may remain

Invoice data for paid subscriptions may remain with our payment provider Stripe for statutory retention reasons.
