Accessibility

We want you to be able to use Lab2go regardless of any impairment. This page describes what we have tested, where barriers still exist, and how you can let us know about them.

Our goal

We aim to align the lab2go.net website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA. We cannot currently guarantee full conformance.

What we have tested

On October 5, 2026, we ran automated Lighthouse tests on 45 pages of the website in all five languages; the accessibility score was 100 out of 100 on every page. Automated tests only detect some of the possible barriers.

A complete manual test with a keyboard and a screen reader is still outstanding.

Known limitations

The web app and the mobile app are not covered by this testing. We are aware of barriers in the web app and are currently fixing them; we have not yet tested the mobile app for accessibility.

Report a barrier

If you run into a barrier or need content in a different format, write to us at hello@lab2go.net . Please name the page or feature and, if possible, which assistive technology you use.
