Cancel contracts here

You can cancel your Lab2go subscription here. Choose the way that fits your subscription: directly in your web app account or through the store where you subscribed.

In your account (web app)

Sign in to the web app and open Settings, then Membership and “Cancel subscription”. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (month or year counted from the start of your subscription). The Membership page shows you the exact date after you cancel. Until then you keep Pro.

The button takes you to sign-in and then straight to Membership.

Through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel it there, in the subscription settings of your account. The cancellation then runs through the store.
