Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms govern the use of the Lab2go platform by individuals, athletes and medical professionals. Deviating terms and conditions are not recognized.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

Lab2go provides a Software-as-a-Service solution for tracking and analyzing health data. Features and prices are set out in the service description applicable at the time.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration requires a minimum age of 16 years.
• Users are obliged to keep access credentials confidential.
• Lab2go reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of violations.

4. Services

Maintenance work will be announced in good time. Beta features may have limited functionality.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for paid plans are due in advance. Prices include applicable VAT. Invoices are provided electronically.

6. Termination

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

7. Liability

Lab2go is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, liability is limited to damage resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

8. Health Data

Lab2go does not provide medical diagnoses or therapies. Decisions regarding your health should be made together with medical professionals.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Schwäbisch Gmünd. Should any individual provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
