Information on the Right of Withdrawal

If you take out a paid Lab2go subscription directly with us as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maritta Schmid, Forststraße 24, 73529 Schwäbisch Gmünd, telephone 07171 – 998 4448, email hello@lab2go.net ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.

Subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play

This information applies to contracts you conclude directly with us. If you took out your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms of the respective provider apply to withdrawal and refunds; you then manage and withdraw from the subscription in the settings of your account there.
