Yes, you can cancel at any time, with no hidden costs. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (month or year from the start of your subscription); the Membership page shows you the exact date after you cancel. Until then you keep Pro; afterwards you automatically switch to the free Free plan.

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the billing period – you keep all benefits until then.

Your health data is stored encrypted in a database in Frankfurt (EU). To read uploaded lab reports (OCR), Lab2go uses AI services from Mistral AI (France).

PDF, JPG or PNG up to 20 MB per file; they are analyzed automatically. Lab reports are recognized automatically via OCR, with no plan limit on either Free or Pro. A daily fair-use cap protects against abuse.

Upload a lab report as a PDF or image. Our OCR analysis recognizes values automatically and displays them with confidence scores. You choose which values to import.

On the Free plan you have your own profile and can invite others as managers with full access. For a read-only view, share your profile in the web app via link or QR code. The other way round works too: you can manage someone else's profile if they invite you – that does not depend on your plan. On the Pro plan, you can add unlimited profiles of your own for your family.

Create a share and pass it to your doctor as a link or QR code. You choose which areas (e.g. measurements, documents) are visible and for how long. The person always sees your name; date of birth and sex only if you share measurements. The share is revocable anytime. Your doctor signs in with their own free Lab2go account to accept it.

Lab2go is available as a native app for iOS, currently in beta via TestFlight. A public App Store listing and an Android version are in preparation. The web app is available in German and English; the iOS beta is largely translated into five languages.

Lab2go documents and visualizes your lab values and shows them next to their reference ranges. It does not make diagnoses, give treatment recommendations or replace a medical assessment.
