Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all plans are cancellable monthly with no hidden costs. After cancellation, you automatically switch to the free plan.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the billing period – you keep all benefits until then.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored GDPR-compliant on German servers, encrypted, and protected by Row Level Security.
What file formats can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG, and HEIC up to 50 MB per file. Lab reports can be automatically analyzed via OCR (Premium).
How does automatic lab value recognition work?
Upload a lab report as PDF or image. Our OCR analysis recognizes values automatically and displays them with confidence scores. You choose which values to import.
Can I create profiles for my family?
Yes, depending on your plan you can create 1 to 10 profiles. You can also invite others as managers with read or full access.
How do I share data with my doctor?
Create a share with your doctor's email address. You configure which data is visible and can set an expiration date. The share is revocable anytime.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, Lab2go is available as a native app for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The mobile app syncs automatically with Apple Health and Google Fit.
How does AI analysis work in the Premium plan?
In the Premium plan, lab values are automatically analyzed, supplement interactions are detected, and personalized recommendations are generated.
