1. Scope of Application

These terms govern the use of the Lab2go platform by individuals, athletes and medical professionals. Deviating conditions are not accepted.

2. Subject of Contract

Lab2go provides a Software-as-a-Service solution for tracking and analyzing health data. Features and prices are based on the current service description.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration requires a minimum age of 16 years.
• Users are obliged to keep access credentials confidential.
• Lab2go reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of violations.

4. Services & Availability

Lab2go guarantees an availability of 99% on an annual average. Maintenance work will be announced in advance. Beta features may be limited.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for paid plans are due in advance. Prices include applicable VAT. Invoices are provided electronically.

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

Lab2go is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, liability is limited to damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

8. Health Data

Lab2go does not provide medical diagnoses or therapies. Decisions regarding your health should be made together with medical professionals.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Schwäbisch Gmünd. Should individual clauses be invalid, the contract shall remain valid in all other respects.
